Cleaning. Emeralds do not go in an ultrasonic cleaner, ever. Neither does anything I have set with a fissure reaching the surface, and if that applies to your piece it says so on your Stone Record. Warm water, a drop of washing up liquid, a soft toothbrush, and dry it properly. Everything else takes the same treatment and will be fine.
Wearing it. Take it off for the gym, the sea, and anything involving bleach. Gold is soft. That is what makes it good to set with and it is also why it marks.
Once a year. Send it back to me and I will check the claws and clean it properly. This is free, it takes me twenty minutes, and it is the single best thing you can do for a piece you intend to keep. I would rather you took me up on it.
Sizing. If you know your size, tell me. If you do not, I will send you a plastic sizer in the post, free, before I make anything. If it is a surprise, email me and I will talk you through it.
